Bidding is open now, and the auction will begin to close on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST. This auction highlights a strong selection of Husky, DeWalt, and Milwaukee tools, along with a wide variety of power tools, door knobs and hardware, shop equipment, and home improvement items. Whether you’re a contractor, handyman, or homeowner, this auction offers excellent buying opportunities across all categories. AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By bidding in the auction, you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction. BUYER PREMIUM: 15% Buyer’s Premium on all lots. ALL ITEMS SELL AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH ALL FAULTS & FLAWS: Items sell with no warranty expressed or implied. Items have not been tested unless otherwise stated. Some items may have cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, cracks, or missing pieces. Many items are returns or overstock and may have minor flaws. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. PAYMENT: Invoices are due by Friday, April 17 at 5:00 PM. We accept cash, check, and wire transfer. Invoices over $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer ($20 fee applies). Invoices under $5,000 may be paid by cash, check, or credit card (3.5% fee). A $50 fee applies to returned checks. Late payments are subject to a $25 per day fee. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% applies unless a valid Form 13 is provided. LOADOUT: Pickup will be Wednesday, April 15 and Thursday, April 17 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Items not picked up during scheduled times will incur a $25 per day, per item storage fee and may be forfeited. STAGGERED & SOFT CLOSE: Auction features a soft close with 6 lots closing every 1.5 minutes. Bids placed in the final minute will reset the countdown to 1 minute. INSPECTION: Items are available for inspection prior to the auction by appointment. Contact information is listed per lot.
