This online-only auction will begin closing Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST and features an outstanding lineup of over 850 lots of new, overstock, and return merchandise direct from Home Depot. TERMS OF THE AUCTION AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By bidding in the auction, you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction. BUYER PREMIUM: 15% Buyer’s Premium on all lots. CONDITION OF ITEMS: All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS with all faults and flaws. No warranties are expressed or implied. Items have not been fully tested unless otherwise noted. Many items are returns or overstock and may have minor cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or missing packaging. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. PAYMENT TERMS Invoices are due by Friday, April 17 at 5:00 PM. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and wire transfer. Invoices over $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer (a $20 wire fee applies) Invoices under $5,000 may be paid by cash, check, or credit card (3.5% fee on cards) Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee Late payments will incur a $25 per day late fee Items will not be released until payment is made Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will apply where applicable. Buyers claiming exemption must provide a Nebraska Form 13. LOADOUT / PICKUP Pickup will take place: Wednesday, April 15 and Thursday, April 17 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM each day Buyers are responsible for bringing their own labor and equipment Items not picked up during scheduled times will incur a $25 per day per item storage fee Items not removed after loadout will become property of the auction company with no refund AUCTION DETAILS STAGGERED & SOFT CLOSE: This auction features a soft close. Any bid placed within the final minute will reset bidding to 1 minute. Lots close in intervals of six lots every 1.5 minutes. GROUPED LOTS: Some items may close together and will extend together if bidding continues. INSPECTION: Items are available for inspection by appointment. Buyers are responsible for verifying condition prior to bidding. ADDITIONAL TERMS All sales are final. No refunds. Non-paying bidders will be banned and may be subject to legal action. Buyers are responsible for reading full descriptions—bidding is based on description, not photos. A $25 title fee applies to titled items (if applicable).
