The auction is located at the Schaardt Auction Service Auction Yard, 71644 NE-50, Steinauer, Nebraska, and bidding is open now. Auction Terms (Highlights) Agreement to Terms: By bidding in this auction, you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction. Buyer’s Premium: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases. Condition of Items: All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS with all faults and flaws. Items have not been tested by the auction company unless otherwise stated in the lot description. Items may have cosmetic damage from shipping such as scratches, paint chips, or cracks. Some items are customer returns and may have minor flaws or missing components. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. Payment: Invoices are due by Friday, April 3 at 5:00 PM. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, credit card (3.5% fee), or wire transfer ($20 fee). Invoices over $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer. Items will not be released until payment is made. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% plus any applicable local tax will be added unless a Nebraska Form 13 exemption is on file. Pickup / Loadout: All items must be picked up at the auction yard located at 71644 NE-50, Steinauer, NE 68441 on the following days: Thursday, April 2 – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday, April 3 – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Items not picked up during the scheduled loadout will be charged $25 per day per item in storage fees. Staggered Closing: The auction features a soft close format. Any bid placed in the final minute will reset the countdown clock to one minute until bidding stops. Inspection: Inspection is available prior to the auction. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and determining condition before bidding. Non-Paying Bidders: Failure to pay invoices may result in permanent removal from all Schaardt Auction Service auctions, and the bidder will be liable for any losses or collection costs. All sales are final. No refunds.
