Bidding is now open and the auction will begin closing with a staggered soft close starting at 5:00 PM on Sunday, February 22. This format creates a live auction atmosphere, with bids placed in the final minute extending the closing time for that lot. Tax exemption requires a completed Nebraska Form 13 on file. Condition: All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults and flaws. No warranties are stated or implied. Items are not tested unless noted in the description. Cosmetic or mechanical issues may be present, especially on return items. Buyer inspection is strongly encouraged. Inspection: Items are available for inspection prior to the auction. Buyer is solely responsible for determining condition and suitability before bidding. Payment Deadline: Invoices must be paid by Thursday, February 26 at 5:00 PM. Accepted payments include cash, check, wire transfer, and credit card (3.5% fee). Any invoice over $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer (additional $20 wire fee). Late payments are subject to a $25 per day late fee. Pickup / Loadout: Wednesday, February 25 and Thursday, February 26 from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Items not picked up will incur a $25 per day, per item storage fee. Items not removed within 45 days become property of the auction company with no refund. Non-Paying Bidders: Failure to pay will result in permanent banning from all Schaardt Auction Service auctions.
