This auction includes new 4- and 6-seat golf carts, new electric tricycles, new mini dumpers, new car lifts, and more. Home Depot merchandise includes Mohawk Flooring, doors, household electronics, new items, returns, tools, and general merchandise—something for every buyer. This is an online-only auction with a staggered soft close beginning December 20 at 6:00 PM. Items are located at the Steinauer facility unless otherwise noted. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By bidding in the auction, you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction. BUYER PREMIUM 10% Buyer’s Premium applies to all lots. AS-IS, WHERE-IS – NO WARRANTIES All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS with all faults and flaws. No warranties are expressed or implied. Items have not been tested by the auction company unless stated in the description. Some items may have minor cosmetic damage from shipping or may be returns with slight imperfections. Mechanical issues may or may not be noted. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect and test items in person prior to bidding. PAYMENT TERMS Invoices are due Sunday, December 21 by 5:00 PM. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, check, wire transfer Any invoice over $5,000 requires wire transfer (+$20 service fee) Invoices under $5,000 may be paid by check, cash, or credit card (3.5% fee) Items will not be released until payment is made in full Returned checks incur a $50 fee. Late payments incur $25/day. Any cash payment over $10,000 will be filed with the IRS as required. Sales tax: 5.5% Nebraska tax applies, plus any additional county/city tax. Nebraska Form 13 is required for Ag/Resale exemptions. All sales are final. No refunds. LOADOUT & STORAGE Pickup Day: Sunday, December 21 • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Items not picked up will incur $25/day per item storage. Items remaining after 45 days become property of the auction company with no refund. AUCTION CLOSING DETAILS Soft Close: Any bid within the last 2 minutes extends the lot to 1 minute. Staggered Closing: Five lots close every 2 minutes. Grouped Lots: Similar items may close together and will extend together. INSPECTION All items are available for inspection. Items may be at SAS or at a seller’s location. Contact information is listed on each lot. Buyers must inspect items and bid accordingly. NON-PAYING BIDDERS Non-paying bidders will be permanently banned and held liable for all damages, resale losses, and legal expenses. Do not bid unless you intend to pay. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES You are bidding on the item description, not the photos. Descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. All sales are final. TITLED ITEMS A $25 Title Fee applies. Titles are mailed via certified mail within 21 days after payment and pickup. ONLINE BIDDING NOTICE Schaardt Auction Service provides online bidding but is not responsible for connectivity issues, missed bids, or software errors. SAS reserves the right to adjust closing times, re-catalog items, restart, or cancel the auction at its discretion. No sale is final until verified and invoiced by SAS. CONDITIONS & LEGAL Buyers must rely on personal inspection. SAS may refuse bidding privileges to anyone. By registering, bidders agree to be added to SAS email and text notifications (opt-out available). All disputes will be resolved in Pawnee County Court, with the buyer responsible for all auctioneer legal fees if the buyer loses.
