Lawn Chair, looks NEW! This item was part of a load of overstock items from Home Depot. These items could be overstock items or return items. They sell in as is where is condition. We make our best judgement to test them. If they are tested and working we will put that in the description. Tested means we plugged the item in and it turns on, there is no testing further than that. If there are notable defects we will try to state them to the best of our ability. All electronics are tested as working. There may be missing parts, but we will try our best to set things up and state if something is missing.
